The Jewish Heritage Centre for Children, a nationally-acclaimed Chabad-Lubavitch run educational center and museum, opened its doors this week in Leeds, England and earned accolades for its recreation of 19th-century village life.
After completing a grueling, but stimulating, 45 hours of classes, 19 adolescents celebrated their graduation from a Bat Mitzvah Discovery course run by Chabad-Lubavitch of Whitefield in Manchester, England.
Following a recent excursion to the Tower of London, third-year pupils from the Chabad-Lubavitch Junior Boys’ School earned the notice of the royal Beefeaters, who lauded the boys for their outstanding behavior.
